Support For You,
Not Just Your Child
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying everything and nothing seems to stick.
You want to understand your child, not just manage behaviors. You want connection, not constant stress.
I’ve been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for nearly 10 years, and one thing has always stood out to me—parents are often sidelined in the process. But you know your child best. And when you’re supported, everything changes.
My approach is different. I focus on real-life strategies you can use in the moment—during routines, transitions, and everyday challenges. No diagnosis required. No insurance barriers. Just practical, supportive guidance tailored to your family.
I support families with behavior challenges (tantrums, aggression, not listening), communication development, and daily skills like routines, independence, and social skills.
This work isn’t just professional for me—it’s personal. I created Rooted Hope Parenting after becoming a parent myself and seeing how many meaningful learning opportunities exist throughout the day with my daughter. I wanted to help other families recognize and use those same moments to create lasting change. I also believe that support shouldn’t be limited by diagnosis, insurance, or unnecessary barriers. Every child deserves the opportunity to build a meaningful, independent life—and every parent deserves guidance in how to get there.
I’m here to help you use everyday moments with your child to create meaningful, lasting change.
