  • Sessions are collaborative and practical. We’ll talk through your current challenges, and I’ll guide you through strategies you can use right away. Depending on the service, this may include live coaching, modeling, or real-time support during routines.

  • Not always. Some sessions are parent-focused, while others may include your child so we can apply strategies in real time. We’ll choose what works best for your goals.

  • If you’re unsure, you can start with a quick support session for immediate clarity or reach out directly, I’m happy to guide you toward the best fit for your family.

  • Every child and situation is different, but many families begin to see small, meaningful changes once strategies are consistently applied. My goal is to give you tools that create progress you can build on over time.

  • I support families with children ages 0–16. Strategies are always tailored to your child’s developmental level and your family’s needs.

  • Absolutely. My services are open to all families, whether your child has a diagnosis or not.

  • To avoid overlap in care, I don’t offer 1:1 coaching for families currently receiving ABA services. However, seminars, workshops, and group events are always open to you. If you’re on a waitlist or in the process of starting ABA, 1:1 coaching is still available.

  • This is parent coaching and guidance based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy or medical services, but it can be a powerful complement or early support.

  • Most services are virtual. I offer a limited number of in-person sessions each month in the Fresno, CA area (travel fee may apply). If you’re located elsewhere in the U.S. and interested in in-person support, feel free to email me—my family travels often and I can keep you in mind.

  • Yes. I provide sessions in Spanish with strong comprehension and conversational fluency. I’ve supported many Spanish-speaking families and am happy to work with you.

  • My goal is to support as many families as possible. Flexible payment options are available at checkout (Afterpay and Klarna). I also offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots for families experiencing financial hardship. If this applies to you, please reach out at hello@rootedhopeparenting.com.

  • You’re welcome to book additional sessions at any time. Ongoing support options will also be available in the future.

  • My goal is to support families within 30 days of booking whenever possible.

  • I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and an M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University. I’ve worked in the field since 2017 and have been a certified BCBA since 2023.

  • My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on real-life impact. I prioritize the skills that will meaningfully improve your child’s daily life and your family’s overall well-being.

  • It’s less about the toy itself and more about how it’s used. Developmentally appropriate toys and books are helpful, but meaningful interaction and play are what truly support development.
